According to reports from the streets there was a beef between West Coast Rapper E40 and East Coast King, Notorius BIG. An reenactment (see below) tells of an altercation between supporters of E40 and Big. Bottom line, the beef was squashed after a short phone call between the gentlemen. All of this comes from a article where BIG gave ratings to rappers and mentioned he didn't like E40. Apparently, E40 fans go hard. Check out the vid and leave comments.

This will probably be my last post for 2009. This year we shared so many pivitol moments in the urban community, but truly one of the moments that I wish would have NEVER happened is the lost of my favorite artist of all-time - Michael Jackson.
He brought us so many memories and if any of you are like me and think you know all the moves to Thriller, you know what I mean. I can't even watch this without getting choked up, so I urge you to go and get your kleenex.

ALL I'M SAYIN IS: May 2010 bring more joy for all of you than pain. We have suffered monumental loss this year with the loss of MJ. The Uptown Diva is now predicting more love, more growth, less loss and less hate in 2010.

My man Nas and My otha man (who I find utterly adorable) Damian Marley are coming together to bring awareness to the plight in Africa with a new album and hopefully a new movie. I can't wait to see it! I will keep you all posted on developments - In the meantime, check out this vid that takes you through their mental state and how they are feeling about the project.
