Thanks to everyone having video cams nowadays, Jim Jones will NOT be going to jail. Finally, some justice! The Flordia State Attorney’s Office has dropped battery charges against the rapper today (2/26).
Jones and members of his entourage were accused of beating a local teenager after a spring break concert in Panama City,FL in March 2009.

By the looks of the video (used as evidence)Jones attempted to break the fight up. Kudos to you Jim.

Prosecutors could not prove that Jones had committed any battery and concluded that evidence against the rapper was insufficient.
