4th Annual Heel-A-Thon: Stomping Against Human Trafficking
This weekend I went out to support the 4th Annual
Baltimore Heel-A-Thon, an organization created to eradicate human trafficking
and forced prostitution. We often think
that human trafficking only happens in foreign countries, however, this is not
so. Many U.S. women and men are victims
to human trafficking and forced prostitution each and every day.
The 4th Annual Heel-A-Thon works with numerous
partners such as Safe House of Hope, to put these monumental and much needed
awareness projects in place. The appeal
to the Baltimore area and women in general needs to be increased, so we at www.TheUptownDiva.com are doing our
part to assist this mission.

By working together, we can make a change. Of course, the Heel-A-Thon brings out all
