Lil Wayne might as well not even go to jail with the way this case is going... First Wayne was scheduled to go to the slammer but was turned around due to dental surgery that had to be completed (8 root canals? ouch!) and now he is being rejected because of a basement fire at the Lower Manhattan courthouse where Lil Wayne's sentencing was scheduled to take place.

The sentencing stems from a guilty plea by Carter for criminal possession of a weapon in October of 2009.

In the meantime Weezy has been super busy, filming videos and documentaries - really setting up the young money empire for the departure, but not a departure from the excitement.
