Every Thursday night Baltimore's Women of Power come together to celebrate women who make a difference in their world and others. Women of Power or WOP is the brainchild of Eric Stewart of EMedia and has taken on a life of it's own.

I can't help but love Dr. Dre's new video feat Eminem. The song is very loaded with shots at Dre's so-called friends as he reminisces on his experiences and his rise to the top as rap's elite.

I give the video concept two thumbs up and in fact am quite excited to hear more from the best doctor this side of the Mississippi - Dr. Dre.
